Back | | | What's Up: I'm still involved in the theater...this time working with children
at Heritage Square Music Hall and my great friend and actress,
singer dancer, Annie Dwyer.  I help put on a summer workshop and
production for children. It's very rewarding! I attend a lot of
productions every year in Denver at the Buell Theater, The Arvada
Center, Heritage Square Music Hall, and Town Hall Arts Center.  I
love to garden, knit, camp, hike,  travel and cook.  I have a small
catering business to accommodate my love for cooking. I also have
become involved in GRRR....Golden Retriever Rescue of the Rockies
with my husband.  They do great work!

 My Occupation:
I am still in the teaching field and have been for the past 42
years.  I started out in SIEBD at Fremont Elementary, then Special
Education for Jefferson County Community Center, Jefferson County
Preschools, and now teach private kindergarten for KinderCare.
Everyone says that teaching young children keeps you young and I
agree most of the time!  Retirement is beckoning!

I have taught cooking classes for Colorado Free University and
Jeffco Adult Education and run a small catering business to fulfill
			ongoing affair with the kitchen.

 My Family:
I have two grown children with my husband of forty years, Bill.
Betsy, my daughter, is 39 and Gary, my son, is 37.  I have a 20 year
old grandson, Devin, who keeps getting older despite my protests!

 Favorite Memories:
High school basketball championships, poster parties, The King and
I, Harvey. Miss Lynen, wonderful Mr. Manis, and a more recent memory
maker...going to parent/teacher conferences at Drake Junior High and
having Dick Will report to me on my children's progress in science!
It was funny because all I could remember, as I sat there,  was Dick
wearing a tutu in the Boy's Ballet! I think fondly and frequently
of Barb, Jane, Sharon, Patty, Kay, Mimi, Becky, John, Russ, Alan and
Byron.  Some of you are no longer with us, but are engraved into my
			heart.
