What's Up:
I just today,
Sept. 8th, found out that I was missing. Imagine my surprise! I am
not missing. I have lived in the Dallas area for the past 16
years. I guess I should have signed up for more of those
"Classmate" websites. I am into needleworking, any kind, reading
and music, travel when I'm free and 5 kids and 2 grandsons who don't
know tis time to leave home.
My Occupation:
I have had the
extreme pleasure of a lifetime of being a housewife. I have
"worked" a lifetime of volunteer hours which have definitely
fulfilled any need I would have ever had to work outside the home.
Currently my unpaid job is the president and chief grant writer for
a local ballet company' guild. Looking back I don't think I missed
any of my goals in life but have achieved so much more than I
thought I ever would. My Family: Married for 36
years to the kindest most understanding man who retired from
EXXON/MOBIL and now consults in Moscow, Russia. Who would have
thought that high school Russian would stay with me.
Children, Luci,
30 is a business analyst with Raytheon in Richardson TX; she has two
boys Joshua 6 and Braden 4 who I take care of before and after
school. Andrew is 27, married and a starving artist working at
Starbucks on Greenville Ave. for any of you Dallas area folks. Tim
is 24 and finally finishes his degree in Dec. and then has hopes of
moving to Italy and teaching English. I think a lawyer is in that
body but is kind of lost right now. Mark is 21 and a college
junior, thinking about the priesthood. The baby, Tessa, is 17 and a
high school senior, who is the ballet dancer, hence the ballet guild
interest above. Plan to spend time in Russia as soon as Tessa goes
to college.
Favorite Memories:
Definitely Mr.
Bolin, Mr. Manis, Latin class, and many friends who I have neglected
forever. Sorry to all.
